1311.12 PERMIT AND INSPECTION EXCEPTION.

There is hereby excepted from the provisions of Section 1311.09, 1311.10 and 1311.11, plumbing work for which the State of Ohio assumes jurisdiction, requires permit or inspection fees and does conduct inspection pursuant to law and the rules and regulation of the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Board of Building Standards and the Ohio Plumbing Code.
