The certificate fee for the installation of the equipment for plumbing work during new construction only is:

Commercial | Four Unit or More Dwellings or commercial buildings with total value of less than $1,000,000.00 $100.00 | ||

There shall be no fee for replacement work or repairs in existing structures.
