923.01 SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT REQUIRED.

   In order to install a sanitary sewer lateral and to connect to the City sanitary sewer system, or to replace an existing sanitary sewer lateral, it shall be necessary to obtain a sewer permit from the Director of Public Service, who shall issue a sewer permit to licensed plumbing contractors only upon the payment of the fees in Sections 923.02 and 923.03 for each connection to the City sanitary sewer collection system.
