923.02 SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION CHARGES.
The Director of Public Service shall make the following permit charges where no previous fee of any type has been paid by the present or former property owner for such sewer:
(a) Dwellings.

Service station/car wash | per each | 5,312.50 |
Gas station/convenience store | per employee | 133.00 |

Churches | per sanctuary seat | 21.50 |
Hospitals | per bed | 265.50 |
Institutions (resident) | per person | 265.50 |
Nursing/rest home | per bed | 265.50 |
Laundries (coin operated) | per machine | 265.50 |
Schools (new independent structures only, excluding new additions) | per pupil | 133.00 |
Restaurants | per seat | 133.00 |
Taverns (little food service) | per seat | 133.00 |
Curb service (drive-ins) | per car space | 133.00 |
(c) Caps. All categories under subsection (b) shall have a cap of seventy-five units (employees, seats, beds, etc.) or ten thousand dollars ($10,000) whichever is lower.

(d) Where an installation is made that does not conform to one of the aforesaid categories set out in subsections (a) and (b) hereof, the consulting engineer for the City shall determine that sewer connection rate upon the estimated gallons per day discharged into the City sewer system and that the sewer connection rate shall be five dollars and thirty cents ($5.30) per gallon of estimated usage.
