§ 92.02  KEEPING OF ANIMALS.
   No person shall keep or house any animal or fowl within the city except dogs, cats, canaries, or other animals which are commonly kept and housed inside dwellings as household pets, provided that not more than four dogs of licensable age shall be kept in any household and provided further that this section shall not apply to the following: animals or fowl kept or housed on premises used and occupied as one parcel of land regularly devoted to agricultural purposes and consisting of not less than four acres, if the animals or fowl are kept or housed not less than 150 feet from each boundary of the property in question.
