§ 92.01  VIOLATION DEEMED NUISANCE.
   The violation of any provision contained in §§ 92.03, 92.04, or 92.06 shall be deemed to be a nuisance per se and shall constitute a basis for the abatement thereof by city officials or for the obtaining of injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
