§ 72.30  DISPLAY OF LIGHT REQUIRED IN DARKNESS OR LOW VISIBILITY.
   All watercraft, other than vessels whose lighting requirements are presently covered by existing state or federal laws or regulations, used on the waters of Saugatuck Harbor shall, during hours of darkness or low visibility, display one white light visible through an arc of 360 degrees and of such intensity as to be visible on a dark night with a clear atmosphere at a distance of at least one mile.
