(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violations of § 72.31 are a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $100, together with costs of prosecution or imprisonment in the County Jail or such other place of detention as the court may prescribe, for a period not to exceed 90 days, or such fine, costs of prosecution, and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
