§ 70.02  APPLICABILITY OF § 70.01.
   The prohibition contained in § 70.01 shall not be applicable on Sundays or legal holidays, except as to parking in streets or parts thereof in which parking is expressly prohibited by posted official signs on the streets; and except as prohibited by § 70.03.
