Any business, industry, or person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, industrial user discharge permit, orders, or compliance schedules, which results in fines or penalties being levied against the Authority, shall become liable for the fine or penalty, plus any expenses, loss, or damage occasioned by the violation. This fine or penalty would be levied in addition to the fine identified in § 52.999.
