§ 52.033  NEW DISCHARGES.
   Any significant industrial user proposing to begin discharge of nondomestic waste into the KLSWA system must obtain an industrial discharge permit prior to beginning the discharge.  An application for this permit must be filed at least 60 days prior to the anticipated start-up date.
