§ 52.017  CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITY.
   Except as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for disposal of sewage.
