§ 92.31  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHICKEN. Gallus gallus domesticus. This definition does not include roosters or other fowl, such as, but not limited to, peacocks, turkeys, or waterfowl.
   CHICKEN COOP. An enclosed structure for housing chickens that provides shelter from the elements.
   CHICKEN PEN. An enclosed outside yard for keeping chickens.
   ROOSTER. A male chicken.
