4-7-2: ABATEMENT PROCEDURES:
Upon the Zoning Administrator finding that property contains an uncompleted building as defined in section 4-7-3 of this chapter, the procedures to abate a nuisance defined in section 4-2-10 of this title shall be applicable. (Ord. 2015-001, 4-22-2015)
