(a) Off-street parking spaces for residential uses shall be located on the same lot or parcel as the residence they are intended to serve.
(b) Off-street parking for non-residential uses shall be located on the same lot or parcel unless otherwise provided for in these Codified Ordinances.
(c) Vehicle parking is permitted only on approved surfaces as regulated by Section 1288.11 (Site Development Requirements).
(d) No person shall store, stand or park a truck tractor, truck tractor and trailer, semi-trailer, pole-trailer or dump truck upon any property within the Village for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials, goods, merchandise or passengers, or for the purpose of carrying on a use permitted on the property on which the vehicle is parked or standing as provided in Part Twelve of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Dimondale.
