§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of §§ 51.40 and 51.41 shall be deemed to be a petty misdemeanor punishable as set out in § 10.99.
