§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.04 shall, upon conviction, be subject, in accordance with the Uniform Building Code § 205 and M.S. §§ 412.231, 609.033 and 609.034, as they may be amended from time to time. Said penalty and imprisonment provisions shall be automatically amended, supplemented or replaced by any amendment, supplement or replacement to the penalty or imprisonment provisions of M.S. §§ 412.231, 609.033 and 609.034, as they may be amended from time to time.

      (2)   Notwithstanding the within and foregoing penalty, the city may apply to the District Court for the county for injunctive relief against any person violating any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.04.
