§ 4-3-22 SPRINKLER SYSTEMS.

All water service shall be furnished upon a metered basis, except as to public and private fire hydrants and automatic sprinkler systems, which shall be upon a flat rate or rental basis as is provided in § 4-3-23; and a separate meter shall be installed for each dwelling, business establishment or property served with water.
