(A) The rental for service to privately owned fire hydrants, where the hydrants are connected to water mains (the service including the water consumed in the proper use of the fire hydrant, without additional charge therefor) shall be fixed by contract between the city and the individual customer, provided, however, no preferential rates shall be given to users of this class of service.
(B) The charge for service rendered by the system to each automatic sprinkler system located in the city, the service including water consumed in the proper use of the system, shall be at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15) a month up to five hundred (500) heads, plus in additional monthly charge of one cent ($0.01) for each head in excess of five hundred (500).
(C) The charge for service rendered by the system to each automatic sprinkler system located outside the city, the service including water consumed in the proper use of the system, shall be at a rate of twenty dollars ($20) a month up to five hundred (500) heads, plus an additional monthly charge of one cent ($0.01) for each head in excess of five hundred (500).
