§ 154.039 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.

   (A)   The districts established in §§ 154.035 through 154.038 above are shown on the Official Zoning Map of the city, which the Official Zoning Map, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted as part of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Unless otherwise defined on the Official Zoning Map, district boundary lines are lot lines; the centerlines of streets, alleys, railroad rights-of-way, or streambeds,  municipal corporate lines, or other lines drawn to scale on the Official Zoning Map.

      (2)   If a lot is divided by a zoning district boundary line at the time of the enactment of this code of ordinances or by subsequent amendments, the less restrictive zoning requirements may be extended not more than 25 feet into the more restrictive zoning district adjacent to the zoning district boundary line.

   (C)   The Official Zoning Map shall be amended according to the procedure set forth below in §§ 154.205 through 154.210 of this code of ordinances.
