§ 154.038  AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of the Agricultural District is to provide areas for a variety of agricultural land. The intent is to preserve the rural quality of the peripheral areas of the town.
   (B)   Permitted uses. Permitted uses for the Agricultural District are limited to the following:
      (1)   Residences. Single-family dwelling on five-acre parcel.
      (2)   Community facilities.
         (a)   Bus pickup shelters;
         (b)   Day care homes;
         (c)   Historic sites and monuments;
         (d)   Non-motorized transportation/recreation pathways; and
         (e)   Open space.
      (3)   Businesses.
         (a)   Agricultural purposes; and
         (b)   Home occupations.
   (C)   Conditional uses. Conditional uses for the Agricultural District are limited to the following:
      (1)   Lodging. Bed and breakfast inns; and
      (2)   Businesses. Entertainment and recreational uses.
   (D)   Accessory uses. Accessory uses for the Agricultural District are limited to the following:
      (1)   Detached garages; and
      (2)   Storage buildings.
   (E)   Bulk requirements.
      (1)   Minimum lot size: Five acres.
      (2)   Maximum building height: Equal to the distance to the nearest boundary.
      (3)   Minimum front yard setback: 50 feet.
      (4)   Minimum side and rear yard setback: Ten feet.
