(A) No person, firm or corporation shall construct, enlarge, alter, repair or maintain any development or construction project, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any provisions of §§ 153.070 through 153.082. In addition to any other penalty authorized by this chapter, any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 153.071 through 153.082 shall be required to restore the site to the condition existing prior to commission of the violation, or to bear the expense of such restoration.
(B) Notwithstanding the foregoing, any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
