§ 113.37 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The Board shall issue a license to maintain, operate or conduct an adult use unless it finds:
      (1)   That the applicant is under the age of 18 years or under any legal disability;
      (2)   The location where the adult business is proposed to be operated does not comply with the limitations set forth in § 113.15; or
      (3)   The applicant has been convicted of or pleaded nolo contendere to any of the criminal offenses listed in § 113.36.
   (B)   Every adult use license issued pursuant to this chapter will terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance, unless sooner revoked.
