(A) Any junkyard granted a junkyard operation permit under § 112.03(A) above shall be entitled to renew its junkyard operation permit annually unless:
(1) The junkyard or buildings located on the junkyard is/are destroyed or damaged in major part, 50% or more, by fire or other casualty;
(2) The junkyard ceases operation for a period of 60 days or more; or
(3) The property’s status as a non-conforming use is extinguished or terminated by operation of law.
(B) No junkyard granted a permit under § 112.03(A) shall enlarge its boundaries beyond those in existence on the effective date of this chapter.
