§ 110.16 PERMITTED USE OF LICENSE.
   A retailer’s license shall allow the licensee to sell or offer for sale alcoholic beverages, at retail only and not for resale in any form, on the premises specified in the license in accordance with the classification of the license as provided in § 110.22.
