(A) For the purpose of this section,
PREMISES SPECIFIED shall mean the premises described in the application and license, and is limited thereto. Separate license for each separate location is required. Only one location shall be described in each license issued.
(B) Licenses issued under the terms of this chapter shall be divided into classes, with the annual fee for each class of license being payable at the time the application for a license is filed with the County Clerk.
(1) Class A license. A class A license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail in original package forms for consumption off the premises where the retail sates are made and for the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for the license shall be $1,500.
(2) Class B license. A class B license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail for the consumption on the premises specified where sold. The annual fee for the license shall be $750.
(3) Class C license. A class C license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail in original package forms on the premises specified, but not for consumption on the premises where the retail sales are made. The annual fee for the license shall be $750.
(4) Class D license. A class D license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail on the premises specified for a not-for-profit corporation, as defined herein, of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. The annual fee for the license shall be $375.
(5) Class E license. A class E license shall authorize the sale of beer or wine at retail on the premises specified for consumption on the premises in connection with a one-day special event held by a not-for-profit corporation. The licenses will be limited to three consecutive days. The fee for the license shall be $75 per day. The licenses shall be issued only to not-for-profit corporations.
