§ 151.32 SUIT FOR ABATEMENT.
   In the event the City Council’s orders for abatement or repairs or modifications as provided for in § 151.30 of this subchapter is not complied with, the City Council may, as an alternative to the remedy provided for in § 151.31 of this subchapter, bring suit for abatement of the nuisance in the county circuit court.
