§ 151.31 ABATEMENT BY THE CITY.

In the event that the City Council orders are not complied with, the City Council must specify with convenient certainty the work to be done and shall file a statement thereof with the City Recorder, and shall advertise for bids or quotes for the doing of the work in the manner provided for soliciting or advertising for bids and quotes as required by state public contracting laws and rules and regulations. Bids and/or quotes shall be received, opened, and the contract let.
