§ 95.067 OPERATION OF BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, AND ROLLERSKATES.
   (A)   No person shall operate or use rollerskates on any street, except upon the sidewalk, except as otherwise prohibited.
   (B)   No person shall operate a skateboard upon any sidewalk.
   (C)   No person shall operate a skateboard or rollerskates within the central business district.
   (D)   No person shall operate a bicycle upon a sidewalk outside of the central business district without giving an audible warning before overtaking and passing a pedestrian, such warning being given in sufficient time so as not to cause unreasonable alarm to the pedestrian and permitting the operator of the bicycle to overtake and pass the pedestrian in a safe manner.
   (E)   No person shall operate a bicycle upon a sidewalk within the central business district, except after dismounting from the bicycle and pushing the bicycle at a speed no greater than an ordinary walk.
   (F)   Except to the extent as prohibited or restricted by the terms of this subchapter or other applicable city ordinance, no person shall operate a bicycle in a manner contrary to the Oregon Vehicle Code, O.R.S. Chapter 814.
   (G)   No parent or guardian shall knowingly permit or suffer the parent or guardian’s minor child to operate a bicycle, skateboard, or roller-skates and the like contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.
