Five days’ notice of findings and order by the Council shall be given to the owner or owners of the property in the same manner as previously provided for in § 94.04 of this subchapter. Notice may be given by posting said notice on the premises. If the Council orders be not obeyed within the time specified by the order (being not less than five days), the Council shall have the power and duty to take such action as is necessary to remove and remedy the nuisance.
