   (B)   Overheight restrictions.
      (1)   Parking shall be limited to vehicles having a length of 17 feet or less and a height of five feet or less on the east side of Highway 101 in the following zones.
         (a)   The first four angle parking spaces south of Bay Street;
         (b)   The first four angle parking spaces north of Bay Street;
         (c)   The first four angle parking spaces south of Collins Street; and
         (d)   The first four angle parking spaces north of Collins street.
      (2)   Parking shall be limited to vehicles having a height of six feet or less in the area described as both sides of Highway 101 (Oregon Coast Highway #9) southbound from Sunset Highway (M.P. 127.10, engineering station 361 + 90) to Bechill Street (M.P. 127.25, engineering station 369 + 80) and northbound from Bechill Street to Austin Street (M.P. 127.11, engineering station 362 + 40).
   (C)   Prohibited parking when school in session. Parking along the northeast side of Conway Avenue, northward 30 feet from its intersection with Bay Street is prohibited from Monday through Friday while school is in session.
   (D)   Two-hour parking.

   (E)   City parks. No vehicle shall be parked in any area of the city park other than in areas designated for vehicle parking. In those areas, the following restrictions shall apply.
      (1)   No vehicle shall be parked in the city park areas between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.
      (2)   No parking of empty boat trailers shall be permitted in excess of one week without a permit from the city. The city may issue a permit for one additional week upon application at the port office.
      (3)   No parking of boats, on or off of trailers, in excess of 72 hours shall be permitted without a permit from the city. The city may issue a permit for an additional 48 hours upon application at the port office.
