(A) This chapter shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating a provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $20 for parking violations, and $500 for non-parking violations. Each violation of a separate provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate infraction, and each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate infraction.
