The loading and unloading zone will begin 57 feet east of the crosswalk of Highway 101 and Bay Street. The loading and unloading zone will be on the south side of Bay Street. It will be 40 feet in length and clearly marked with green paint. This restriction shall be applicable between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. every day and in no event shall a vehicle occupy the zone longer than 20 minutes during any one-hour period.
