§ 70.09 PROHIBITED PARKING.
   In addition to provisions of the motor vehicle laws of the state prohibiting parking, no person shall park:
   (A)   A vehicle upon any bridge, viaduct, or other elevated structure used as a street, unless otherwise indicated by lawfully installed signs, or a vehicle upon a street in such manner as to prevent orderly two-way traffic;
   (B)   A vehicle in any alley except to load or unload persons or materials not to exceed 30 minutes, and then only in such a manner as to leave available space for another vehicle to pass such parked vehicle;
   (C)   A vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of:
      (1)   Displaying such vehicle for sale;
      (2)   Greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
      (3)   Displaying advertising from such vehicle;
      (4)   Selling merchandise from such vehicle except in a duly established market place or when so authorized or licensed under the ordinances of the city; or
      (5)   Storage, or as junkage or dead storage, for more than 72 consecutive hours.
   (D)   A vehicle upon any parkway except where specifically authorized;
   (E)   A vehicle upon any street, if permitted to stand unattended without first stopping the engine, turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the street when standing on any grade, stopping the motor, locking the ignition, removing the key from the ignition, and effectively setting the brake thereon;
   (F)   A vehicle upon any street, in any area designated by resolution of the City Council, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., without first stopping the operation of any auxiliary motor or engine, including but not limited to those for refrigeration or electrical generation purposes; or
   (G)   A vehicle upon any street, alley, parkway or city-owned or leased land designated for public parking purposes, when a barricade, sign, or other indicator has been placed, erected, or posted, designating the area as a no parking zone.
