§ 70.06 UNLAWFUL MARKING.

Except as provided by this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to letter, mark, or paint in any manner any letters, marks, or signs on any sidewalk, curb, or other portion of any street, or to post anything designed or intended to prohibit or restrict parking in any street.
