(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of § 151.01 shall be a minor misdemeanor. Each day of parking and occupying shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) A violation of § 151.02 by either the homeowner or the insurance company shall be a first degree misdemeanor.
(D)
Upon the happening of three substantiated disorderly events, in violation of §§ 151.45 through 151.48, within a 60-day period, both the owner and the occupant shall be assessed a fine of $100. Each subsequent offense within the 60-day period shall result in both the owner and the occupant being assessed a fine of $100.
