§ 151.02 REGULATING THE REMOVAL OF FIRE DAMAGED STRUCTURES.
   (A)   The village hereby authorizes the procedure prescribed in R.C. § 3929.86 to be implemented in said village. Therefore, no insurance company doing business in this state shall pay a claim to a named insured for fire damage to a structure located within the village, unless the applicable provisions and requirements of R.C. § 3929.86 are fulfilled.
   (B)   The Fire Chief of the village is hereby designated as the officer of the village authorized to carry out the duties prescribed in R.C. § 3929.86. The Fire Chief shall file a certified copy of this section with the State Superintendent of Insurance.
   (C)   The Fire Chief shall cause all fire damaged structures located within the village to be inspected and provide for the removal and/or repair of insecure, unsafe or structurally defective fire damaged structures and buildings pursuant to R.C. § 715.26.
