§ 151.48 NOTICE OF DISORDERLY HOUSE.
   Whenever the Police Department responds to a disorderly event, and determines the complaint of disorderly activities to be substantiated, the owner and occupant shall be notified of such decision. At such time, the Police Department shall provide the owner and the occupant with a copy of this subchapter.
