105.14 PLACEMENT OF SOLID WASTE AT CURBSIDE.

Solid waste containers shall be placed at curbside no earlier than 7:00 p.m. on the night before the next scheduled pickup. Solid waste containers shall be removed from the curbside by 11:59 p.m. on the day of pickup, and shall be stored adjacent to the dwelling unit or screened from view.
