105.10 WASTE OIL AND WASTE OIL FILTERS.

No person shall place any waste oil or untreated waste oil filters in mixed municipal solid waste, discard, or otherwise dispose of waste oil and untreated filters except to a collection or recycling facility authorized under the laws of the State of Iowa.
