The fire chief may inspect the fireworks stands for conformance to sections 5-4-8 and 5-4-9 of this chapter.
A. The fire chief shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the expense of the permit holder all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale in violation of section 5-4-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 1060, 6-10-2002)
