5-4-9: PROHIBITED FIREWORKS:

The following are prohibited fireworks within the municipality:

   A.   Aerial devices:

      1.   Aerial spinners;

      2.   Helicopters;

      3.   Missile type rockets; and

      4.   Stick type rockets.

   B.   Ground audible devices:

      1.   Chasers; and

      2.   Firecrackers.

   C.   All other fireworks not specifically allowed pursuant to section 5-4-8 of this chapter. (Ord. 1060, 6-10-2002)
