5-4-8: PERMISSIBLE FIREWORKS:

The following are permissible fireworks within the city:

   A.   Ground and handheld sparkling and smoke devices:

      1.   Cone fountains;

      2.   Crackling devices;

      3.   Cylindrical fountains;

      4.   Flitter sparklers;

      5.   Ground spinners;

      6.   Illuminating torches;

      7.   Toy smoke devices; and

      8.   Wheels.

   B.   Aerial devices:

      1.   Mines;

      2.   Roman candles; and
