(a) Whoever violates any provisions of Section 971.01 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each collection or solicitation in violation of Section 971.01 shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 971.04 or 971.05 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not in excess of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day such violation continues may be treated as a separate offense.
