971.01 COLLECTING REFUSE AND GARBAGE WITHOUT FRANCHISE PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, company or firm may charge for the collection of residential garbage and refuse in the Village, except the holder of the franchise duly awarded by Council.

(b) No person, company or firm may solicit the collection of residential refuse and garbage for a charge in the Village, except the holder of a franchise duly awarded by Council. (Ord. 11-52. Passed 1-9-12.)
