921.27 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.

(a) In addition to the penalties provided in Sections 921.25 and 921.26, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Village for any damages occasioned by such violation.

(b) Further, it shall be a misdemeanor for any person to willfully break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage treatment system.
