In the event the violation is continued beyond the time limit provided in the notice set forth in Section 921.25, and in addition to the penalty provided for in Section 921.25, the Village shall have the right to do whatever work and supply whatever materials are necessary to correct the violation. For such work and materials, the Village shall assess against the property owner the full cost thereof, including any engineering fees. The owner shall also be liable for the fines provided in Section 921.99 for such a violation.
