131.02 VACATION; SICK LEAVE.

(a) Effective January 1, 1988, the position of Mayor shall not be entitled to any paid vacation nor shall the position be entitled to any sick leave compensation. The City shall not be liable for payment of accumulated sick leave from prior employment upon retirement of the person holding the Mayor's position.

(b) Effective January 1, 1988, the position of Mayor shall not be provided 365 day comprehensive group hospitalization coverage currently available to full-time City employees.
