§ 111.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 111.01 through 111.04, or any of the provisions thereof, shall be guilty of a petty offense for which the minimum fine shall be $35, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
