1311.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)    Violation of Section 1311.08(a) of the Codified Ordinances constitutes a misdemeanor offense of the first degree.
 
   (b)    Violation of Section 1311.08(b) of the Codified Ordinances constitutes a misdemeanor offense of the third degree.
